Returns and Exchanges
RETURN POLICY: Items on sale from the Shams Collection and the Colores Collection are not eligible for return.

You can return your order within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the same. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer and we will deduct the amount when processing the return.
- Peninsular Spain: The amount will depend on the chosen method (5€ for home collection or 4€ for Correos delivery point).
- Balearic Islands: 6.55€
- Portugal: 8€
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe: 17€
- UAE and the rest of the world: The customer will handle this by sending an email in advance to info@comadubai.com
SIZE EXCHANGE:
You can exchange a garment for a different size within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the same, through go.ifreturns.com/comadubai
- Peninsular Spain: Free of charge, C.O.M.A covers one size exchange.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, and the rest of Europe: The customer will handle this by sending an email in advance to: info@comadubai.com
For exchanging an item for a different one, a return of the item you are returning will be processed, and you will need to make a new purchase of the item you wish.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer is obligated to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packaged and protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
C.O.M.A reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period or garments that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
C.O.M.A will proceed with the refund once the returned item is received and its good condition is verified. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
